We collect only the information necessary to provide product functionality and improve user experience.
Depending on the product, information may include:
- Extension settings and preferences

2. Browser Extension Data
AuraLab browser extensions may access visible webpage content only when required to provide requested functionality.
Vanguard OMNI
Vanguard OMNI may access visible Amazon product page information and user-provided cost assumptions necessary to calculate profitability, fees, costs, margins, ROI, and related decision-support analytics.
Amazon product data and seller cost inputs remain local in the browser. Vanguard OMNI does not transmit Amazon credentials, browser cookies, seller account data, cost assumptions, or product-page calculation inputs to AuraLab or Creem.
RightLive Translate
RightLive Translate may process visible webpage text selected by users for translation, pronunciation, vocabulary collection, synchronized reading, and related translation features.
AuraDesk
AuraDesk may store workspace preferences, themes, sound and language settings, date-based to-do items, recent-tab related local state, and per-site effect preferences locally within the browser. AuraDesk also offers optional local site effects such as theme-based mouse motion and lightweight visual atmosphere touches.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Provide requested product functionality
- Improve product performance and reliability

- Synchronize settings across extension sessions
- Diagnose bugs and technical issues
- Enhance user experience
We do not sell personal information.
4. Payments and License Verification
For paid products or premium features, AuraLab may use Creem as our payment and license provider.
For Vanguard OMNI Pro, license verification is processed through AuraLab’s secure license verification service and our payment and license provider Creem.
For Vanguard OMNI Pro, only license validation information required to confirm paid access is transmitted: the license key, a local device identifier, and an activation identifier. Amazon product data and seller cost inputs are not transmitted as part of this process.
5. Local Storage
Some information may be stored locally within your browser using browser storage APIs.
Examples include:
- Language preferences
- Extension settings
- Vocabulary collections
- Translation cache
- User interface preferences
- Vanguard OMNI scenario inputs and comparison values
- Vanguard OMNI Pro activation state, including license key, activation time, verification time, device identifier, and activation identifier
Users may clear local data at any time by removing extension data, clearing the browser cache, or uninstalling the extension.

Certain features may rely on third-party service providers.
For example:
- Translation services
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Analytics and monitoring tools
- Payment and license providers such as Creem
When third-party services are used, only the information necessary to provide the requested functionality is transmitted.
For Vanguard OMNI Pro, this means only license validation information (license key, device identifier, and activation identifier) is transmitted to AuraLab licensing services and Creem for Pro license activation and validation.
AuraLab does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
